About this game

Watching My Wife is a focused hotwife visual novel built for fans of wife-sharing rather than dark NTR. You play a happily married man whose journey is about broadening the marriage, not breaking it. For those on the Cuck and Cheat routes: I have fixed a bug which had wifey having a fling with Mark. This happened regardless of wifey's Respect score. This has now been fixed and will only initiate if your Respect is low enough. Saying that, this doesn't mean that if she doesn't partake that she won't regret not going the distance when she gets home. Right - for now that's it - all I have to do now is re-write the Cheat path (change the dialogue mainly), and sort 6.0 out. Living the dream! I hope this answers any questions - but feel free to message me for clarification. I've colour coded them for clarity... - There is a Sharing route for those who want to be more assertive in their adventures. In this route you control what your wife does, it is a more positive route in which you are in charge. It includes sharing the experiences with your wife and others, hotwifing, swinging etc. And for those interested in such things - the cock size is what you might describe as normal. There will be no humiliation / cheating by your wife. - you however can do pretty much what you like. This is for players who like their wife sleeping around but want to directly participate themselves - they consider themselves alpha men, and just want a good time with their wife. The Love and Respect stats are both important here - both need to remain reasonably high to convince your wife to join in.

The Cuckolding path is largely about humiliation - if you don't want that experience choose the Sharing route. There are valid tropes which relate to this kink - please look up Cuckold in your porn channel of choice, or any reputable Cuckold forum. If you want to be a proud virile male, with a dick to write home about and a loyal and satisfied wife - then this is not the route for you - the Sharing one is. Stereotypes are there for a reason - in that they happen a lot. You choose the Cuckold path because you want to be cuckolded - not an alpha male. Follow this path if you want to be humiliated - you will under perform, you're not as sexually well endowed as many men, you have less stamina - for this reason, you encourage your wife to find satisfaction in the arms of another. You do this because you love her and want her to be happy. We all have our own preferences in this kink - but if you feel that all this undermines your manhood and is unattractive to you, if you want to impress your wife and have her fall at your knees and be impressed at your prowess - you're probably not a Cuckold - you're someone who wants to indulge in wife sharing (Route One) . The Cheating path involves your wife cheating on you. She'll cheat on you because you piss her off, disappoint her or just because she fancies another cock than yours. If her Respect for you falls far enough she will cheat on you. You can be nice to her (high Love stat) - but it won't save you. It just allows you to play your character the way you want to. If you don't like the idea of that and find it all a bit dark, but still like the idea of your wife sleeping with other men with your consent, choose to follow the Sharing route. It's worth pointing out that you can cheat whenever you want to - regardless of Route (1, 2 or 3) you choose. Player Perspectives and Release Numbers This game is mainly played from your perspective (MMC - Main Male Character). You can play one or all of the three routes - each which deals with a certain kink. The first release of this game is0.1.0 and starts us off. In this release you journey through your day, meet people, make decisions etc. All releases numberedx.0 will therefore be from your perspective (0.1 .0 / 0.2.0 etc) After this release you will get the chance to see things from your wife's perspective (MFC - Main Female Character). This is a shorter kinetic look into your wife's day (you can't change anything - it's already happened). It covers the same period as yours - but now you get to see what your wife did that day. You will also see how she reacted to the decisions you made in the previous release. These releases are titled x.1 - so 0.1.1 / 0.2.1 etc. By doing this, you'll not only run the game regarding what you want to do - but also see the effect it has on your wife (including things she'd rather you didn't see). x.0 releases (your perspective) will be the larger of the two, and will come out every 4/5 weeks or so. The x.1 releases are shorter and will be released every 2/3 weeks or so. After 6.1, the releases will be single x.0 releases - x.1 releases will be no longer necessary - this will begin with release 7.0. How to play - hints I wanted to write a game which reflected the reality that many sharing and cuckolding couples are pretty happy with the lifestyle they choose - and do love each other. So ultimately, unless you're after getting your wife to cheat - feel free to be nice The two drivers regarding your relationship with your wife are Love and Respect. Most relationships, (especially in this genre) are pretty much centred about an interplay of these two emotions. Both these stats affect how the MFC sees you and relates to you, and in terms of game play works as follows... - Sharing Route (Route One): A wife who loves and respects you can still enjoy being shared with others or enjoy a hotwife lifestyle. Route One is essentially jeopardy free, so she won't cheat on you if you piss her off. She just might not comply with your wishes.
Cuckold Route (Route Two): Follow this path, and you'll find that she can love you and still cuckold you. However, she is unlikely to want to cuckold you if she loves and respects you. In a basic sense, her willingness to cuckold you can be a manifestation of her love for you as a husband / provider, but a lower respect for you as an alpha male - she therefore may cuckold you with one. Saying all that, feel free to treat her badly if you like - it might make her decision to cuckold you easier to make.
Cheating Route (Route Three): If you act in a fashion which sees her respect for you decline - she'll likely cheat on you. Your wife can still cheat on you even if she loves you - so feel free to put her on a pedestal. Wives can, and do, cheat on their husbands even when they love them. However, infidelity does show a certain lack of respect for their husband - and for this reason, your Respect score must fall. If she doesn't respect you - she'll gravitate towards someone she does respect. A cheating route does still allow a cuckolding lifestyle if you want it to - it just depends on how much you want to hang on to her!
